Chocolate Chip Pancakes

2 cups all purpose flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 cups milk

Preheat the griddle to 375º F.
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix them well.
In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs slightly with a fork. Add the milk and stir until combined.
Add the egg/milk mixture to the dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined. Leave some of the small lumps in the batter so don't over mix.
Spoon 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
For those pancakes that will become chocolate chip pancakes, immediately distribute the chocolate chips in the batter before it begins to get heated.
When the edge of the pancakes begin to crisp and the bubbles that form in the batter no longer disappear, flip the pancakes over.
Cook the opposite side for about another minute and serve immediately with butter and white syrup.
