2 cups cooked chicken -- cubed
8 lasagna noodles -- cooked
1 1/2 cups lowfat ricotta cheese
3 cups marinara sauce
3 cups Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
Recipe
Place 4 noodles on bottom of greased 7 x 11" shallow dish. Combine
chicken and Marinara sauce. Pour half the mixture over lasagna
noodles. Spread ricotta evely over top. Sprinkle with half of grated
Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake
at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through. Let stand
10 minutes before serving. Serves 6.
