Green Chili Squares

2 9-inch pastry shells
6 large eggs
2 cups hot milk
1/4 cup flour
3 cups grated Swiss cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 ounces canned chopped green chilies -- drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
Recipe
Preheat oven to 425F.
Press pastry shells into 12 x 15-inch jelly-roll pan, cutting to fit
top
edges of pan. Bake 15 minutes; remove and reduce temperature to 325F.
In a
large bowl, beat eggs and milk; add flour, cheeses, green chilies,
salt,
pepper and onion. Pour into crust and bake 30-40 minutes, or until a
knife
inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into small squares.
