    Pie
    6 cups sliced apples
    1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 cup milk
    2 tablespoons soft butter
    2 eggs
    1 cup water
    1/3 cup Bisquick(r) baking mix
    Topping
    1 cup Bisquick(r) baking mix
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    2 tablespoons cold butter

    Grease microwavable pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Mix apples, 1 1/4
    teaspoons cinnamon and nutmeg; turn into plate. Beat remaining
    ingredients
    except Topping and cinnamon until smooth, 15 seconds in blender onhigh
    or
    1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Topping and
    cinnamon. Microwave on medium-high (70 percent), rotating plate 1/4
    turn
    every 8 minutes, until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 24 to
    28
    minutes. Cool on flat, heatproof surface (not on wire rack).

    Topping: Mix 1 cup Bisquick with nuts, brown sugar and cold butter
    until
    crumbly.
