List of Ingredients
1 c. sugar
2 t. flour
4 eggs
1 t. grated lemon rind
6 t. lemon juice (takes 3 whole lemon to make 6 T.)
1/2 c. unsalted butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. almond extract
1 9 inch deep pie shell, thawed
!/4 c. toasted slivered almonds or pecans
Recipe
Heat oven to 350. Position rack on lower third of oven. Stir
together sugar and flour. Break eggs in another bowl and add the
flour mix to them. Beat until light in color and slightly
thickened..about 3 minutes. Stir in rind and flavorings. Pour into
pie shell . Place on cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes or till filling
is set and light brown. When ready to serve, slice and sprinkle nuts
over the slice. ENJOY!!!!!!
