Peanut Butter Cream Pie

favorite prepared crust (graham, cookie, regular, etc.)
8 Oz cream cheese -- softened
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1 Tsp vanilla
1 1/4 Cups powdered sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Small Carton Cool Whip
Recipe
Cream all ingredients except for the cool whip together. When it is
creamy beat for an additional two minutes. Then beat in 1/2 of the
thawed cool whip until all incorporates and creamy.
Pour into graham cracker crust. Top with remaing cool whip.
Refrigerate overnight for best results.
Can be garninshed in a variety of way. Your imagination is the limit.
This makes an 8 inch pie. Double Recipe for a larger or a deep
dish pie.
