    1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

    1 8-ounce package softened cream cheese
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 egg

    Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add egg, ix well.
    Spread on bottom of a deep, 9-inch unbaked pastry shell.

    1 1/4 cups canned or cooked pumpkin
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ginger
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    Dash of salt
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Combine pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. Mix
    well. Blend in eggs and evaporated milk. Carefully pour over
    cheese mixture.

    Bake at 350 degrees F. for 65 to 70 minutes or until done. Cool.
