1 c water (lukewarm)
3 c flour
2 T vegetable oil (I used Canola)
1 pkg yeast (I used about 2 1/2 tsp I buy in bulk)
1 tsp salt
Recipe
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let stand for 5
minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Knead until
smooth. Let rise 20 minutes or more (probably took a good
hour) until it doubles. Grease pizza pan well. Put the
dough on the pan and then pizza sauce. Bake for
15 minutes at 350. Take the pizza out of the over and put
on the remaining toppings and bake for 20 or more minutes.
I used a pizza pan that has the air holes in it - this seems
to work the best - but I think the real secret is baking the
sauce on first for 15 minutes before you add the rest of the
toppings.
