Potato Crust Pizza

List of Ingredients
12 to 16 oz. ground sausage or ground beef or turkey
1 small onion, chopped
2 1/2 to 3 cups russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 jar chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce (26 oz)
2 cups grated mozzarella a cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Brown sausage and onion together. Spread potatoes
in
bottom of a greased 9 x 13" pan. Spread sausage and onion over top.
Cover evenly
with spaghetti sauce. Cover with foil and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Remove
form
oven and sprinkle cheese over top. Return uncovered to oven for another
10 to
15 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly. Garnish with
grated
Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 to 8 servings. Variation: Add pepperoni, olive
or
mushroom slices before spaghetti sauce.
