Baked Dijon Potato Wedges

4 medium red potatoes
2 T. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 t. paprika
1 t. ground cumin
1/2 t. garlic salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 4009. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut
potatoes
into wedges. Combine mustard, paprika, cumin and garlic salt in a large
bowl.
Mix well. Add potatoes to bowl; toss until completely coated. Spread
wedges in
a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, then turn potatoes.
Bake
another 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Serve with
honey mustard. Makes 2 to 4 servings
