Recipe Introduction
A co-worker brought this to the office a couple weeks ago and the rest
of up
shamelessly gobbled it all up immediately! Very simple to make AND so
tasty!
List of Ingredients
Betty's Potatoes
Boil (unpeeled) medium-sized potatoes until tender but still firm.
(Idaho
or white work best.) Let cool completely (refrigerating is best).
Once
cooled, cut lengthwise in half, and brush with soft or melted butter.
Then sprinkle seasoned salt and Parmesan cheese (shaker style) on top
of the
butter.
Refrigerate until ready to cook, turning potatoes over onto baking
sheet
that has been sprayed with Pam so that the seasoned side touches the
pan.
Bake in a hot oven until desired crispness, 400 to 425 degrees for 10
to 15
minutes. They're good served with sour cream. Jackie - Ohio
