Roasted Rosemary Onion Potatoes

2 2/3 pounds medium potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
4 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Spray two jelly roll pans with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine olive oil, rosemary, thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt
and pepper in a small bowl.
Cut potatoes in 1-inch chunks and divide evenly between the two jelly
roll pans. Drizzle olive oil mixture over potatoes. Toss gently with a
cooking spoon. Bake 30 minutes or until light brown and tender. Serves

to cut up the potatoes too. Quick and easy.
