    Recipe Introduction

    Preparation time: 15 minutes
    Marinating time: 2 hours
    Cooking time: 30 minutes
    Yield: 2 servings
    "Humble yellow mustard makes these finger-food chicken wings downright
    irresistible, but Dijon or brown mustard would work as well," writes
    Jeremy
    Jackson in "Good Day for a Picnic." "I like these wings hot or warm.
    There's
    not much meat on these puppies, so make a double batch if needed."

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup yellow mustard
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    2 Tbsps. honey
    1 shallot, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt Freshly ground pepper
    8 chicken wings, each cut at joints into 3 pieces, wing tips discarded
    or
    reserved for another purpose

    Recipe

    1. Combine mustard, olive oil, honey, shallot, parsley, salt and pepper
    to
    taste in a resealable plastic food bag. Place the wings in the bag;
    seal.
    Shake to distribute; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

    2. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place wings on a lightly greased baking
    sheet;
    pour marinade over wings. Bake until brown and juices run clear, about
    30
    minutes.
