not much meat on these puppies, so make a double batch if needed."
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tbsps. honey
1 shallot, minced
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1/2 tsp. salt Freshly ground pepper
8 chicken wings, each cut at joints into 3 pieces, wing tips discarded
or
reserved for another purpose
Recipe
1. Combine mustard, olive oil, honey, shallot, parsley, salt and pepper
to
taste in a resealable plastic food bag. Place the wings in the bag;
seal.
Shake to distribute; refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place wings on a lightly greased baking
sheet;
pour marinade over wings. Bake until brown and juices run clear, about
30
minutes.
