SPICY GRILLED CHICKEN

List of Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, boneless
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. lemon or lime juice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 Tbs. chili powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbs. dry mustard
Recipe
Rinse chicken breast and pat dry. Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl. Set aside 3 Tablespoons of the mixture for basting during cooking. Add chicken to bowl; marinade for 15 minutes
(for enhanced flavor, marinade for up to one hour in the refrigerator.)
Grill chicken breasts over medium-hot fire (or under pre-heated broiler)for approximately 3-5 minutes on each side or until cooked all the waythrough. Baste with the 3 Tablespoons of reserved marinade while cooking.
