10 Minute Cheesy Mexican Rice

Makes: 4 servings
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth (1-1/3 cups)
1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
Recipe
MIX broth and salsa in medium saucepan. Bring to boil.
ADD rice and VELVEETA; stir. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5
minutes.
STIR until VELVEETA is melted.

Prepare as directed, using reduced-sodium condensed chicken broth.

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro just before serving.
