Baked Rice

List of Ingredients
1 cup raw rice
3 green onions, include some of the tops, chopped fine
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
10 1/2 ounces beef broth
1 soup can water
3 tablespoons margarine
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. In casserole
dish, combine rice, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery
salt and Worcestershire sauce. In a small saucepan, combine beef
broth, water and margarine. Heat until margarine melts ad mixture is
well-blended. Pour over rice mixture; blend thoroughly. Cover. Bake 1
hour or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Serves 6.
