Do-Ahead Wild Rice Turkey Medley

3 cups cooked wild rice
3 cups cooked turkey, chopped
16 onces french cut green beans, thawed
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper, can use a 2 oz. jar of chopped
pimientos instead, if desired
17 ounces prepared Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
2 tablespoons margarine, meltedRecipe
Layer wild rice, turkey, green beans and red bell pepper in a 12 x
8-inch baking dish. Top with sauce.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine in small bowl. Sprinkle over
casserole. Refrigerate, covered, up to 12 hours before serving. Bake
casserole 50 to 55 minutes.
To serve immediately: Place prepared casserole in a preheated oven set
at 350 degrees F. Bake the casserole 45 to 50 minutes or until heated
through and bubbly.
Serves 6.
