1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can red kidney beans
1 can tomatoes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 can whole kernel corn
3 cups cooked white rice, or amount you desireRecipe
Brown ground beef, onion and green bell pepper. Drain off fat when
meat is cooked. Add tomatoes, corn, beans and chili powder. Let simmer
15 to 20 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
