List of Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
6 hard-cooked eggs,
1 cup celery, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons minced green pepper
lettuce leaves
parsley for garnish
Recipe
In a medium bowl, stir mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Cut eggs into
big
pieces; add eggs, celery and green pepper to mayonnaise mixture; mix
well.
Cover and chill.
To serve: Spoon mixture onto lettuce leaves and garnish with fresh
parsley.
