Chinese Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
7 C. shredded lettuce (about 1/4 inch wide strips)
1 (10 oz.) or 2 (5 oz.) cans chunk white chicken, drained and flaked
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 C. cilantro sprigs
1/2 C. thinly sliced green onions and tops
1 (3 oz.) pkg. dry ramen noodle (soup)
1/4 C. distilled vinegar
1 T. sugar
3 T. soy sauce
3 T. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
Recipe
Combine first 5 ingredients in large serving. bowl. Break noodle block
into small pieces over salad, discard dry soup packet. Stir together
remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves; pour over salad and toss
together to combine. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
