    3 slices thin white bread
    6 T olive oil
    2 cloves garlic peeled

    Trim crust off bread.
    Cut into cubes. (about 1 cp) Heat 3 T oil in skillet, when hot, add
    bread and garlic. Cook shaking and stirring until browned all over.
