4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese
Sauce mix:
1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoons cream of anything soup mix
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Arrange chicken in a 13 x 9-inch roasting pan.
Pour sauce mix blended with tomatoes and oil over chicken.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
