Beef Pita Wraps

3 TB sour cream
1 TB Old El Paso Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1/2 cup guacamole
4 pita fold breads (6 inches in diameter)
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
6 oz. thinly sliced, cooked Deli roast beef
3/4 cup (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese Recipe
1. In small bowl, mix sour cream and salsa.
2. Spread guacamole over pita fold breads. Top with lettuce, tomato and
beef.
Sprinkle with cheese. Top with salsa mixture.
Yield: 4 sandwiches.
