List of Ingredients
4 lb. chuck roast, trimmed of fat
1 c. no salt added ketchup
1 c. barbecue sauce
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. water
1 c. chopped onions
4 T. vinegar
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. chili powder
1 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. salt
5 c. cooked brown rice
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except rice in lg.
bowl. Spoon into 5 qt. crock pot, or 2
(3 1/2 qt.) crock pots. Cover; cook on low
6 to 8 hours, or high 3 to 4 hours. Slice
meat into thin slices and serve in barbecue
sauce over rice. Makes 10 servings
