Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce #1

List of Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cans (1 lb. ea.) tomatoes, cut up
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans (6 oz. ea.) tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
2 TB minced fresh parsley
1 TB brown sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Recipe
In large skillet, saute and crumble the meat with onion and garlic.
Break up
pieces of meat with fork and cook until it loses its red color. Drain
off
excess fat.
In a crock pot, combine browned meat, onions and garlic with remaining
ingredients.
Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve over hot cooked spaghetti pasta.
May be made ahead of time and frozen.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
