Shrimp in Garlic Butter

1/3 cup butter
4 to 6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 pound large whole tiger shrimp
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 lemon, cut in wedges
French bread
Recipe
Melt butter in large skillet or small wok over medium heat. Add garlic
and
saut� until tender. Add shrimp and saut� until they turn bright red and
just
begin to curl, about 5 to 10 minutes. Season lightly with salt and
pepper.
Serve with lemon wedges and French bread to sop up juices. Serves 4
