8 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons baking soda
1 tablespoon salt
5 1/4 cups granulated sugarRecipe
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir with a wire whisk
until blended. Divide mixture into 6 portions, about 2 1/3 cups each.
Store in containers with tight-fitting lids. Label with date and
contents. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 10 to 12 weeks.
Makes 6 packages or about 13 1/2 cups SNACK CAKE MIX.
