2 Tablespoon olive oil
1 egg white
2 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
3 Cups (about 14 ounces) whole unblanched almondsRecipe
Whisk together all ingredients except nuts in a bowl. Add
nuts, 1 cup at a time, stir well after each addition, until nuts are
evenly coated. Turn into a 15"x10" pan.
Bake at 275 degrees for 45 minutes or until nuts are lightly
toasted, stirring every 10 minutes. Let nuts cool completely.
Yield: 3 Cups
