5-Minute Heat and Go Soup

Makes 3-1/2 cups (4 servings)
List of Ingredients
1can (16 ounces) low-sodium navy beans, rinsed and drained
1can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
1cup water
1-1/2teaspoons dried basil leaves
1/2teaspoon sugar
1/2teaspoon low-sodium chicken bouillon granules
2teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
1.Place all ingredients, except oil, in medium saucepan. Bring to a
boil
over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, uncovered. Remove
from
heat, stir in oil; serve.
2.If desired, to transport, place hot soup in vacuum flask or allow to
cool
and place in a plastic container. Reheat in microwave when needed.
