List of Ingredients
6 c. cooked beans; navy, pinto, Great Northern
1 meaty ham bone (about 6 oz. ham),
visible fat and skin removed
1 c. cooked ham, diced
1/4 t. garlic powder
1 sm. bay leaf
1 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. c hopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped carrots
water
Recipe
Combine all ingredients except water in 4 qt.
crock pot. Add water to about 1" from top.
Cover; cook on low 5 to 8 hours. Remove bay
leaf before serving. Makes 8 servings.
