List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups potatoes -- diced, 1 large
1 cup chopped onion -- 1 large
2 cups consomme
1/4 pound Cheddar cheese -- grated
1/2 cup cream
Recipe
Simmer potato and onion together in pan until tender. Puree vegetable
mixture and blend in consomme, cheese and cream. Heat to serving
temperature.
Serves 4.
