    1 T. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. hot water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. cooked turkey, cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed
    1 t. salt
    1/2 t. pepper
    1 c. evaporated milk

    Recipe



    Sauté onion in butter; dissolve bouillon
    cubes in hot water. Add remaining
    ingredients except milk, and simmer for
    10 min. Stir in milk and heat through.
