    1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
    1 can (1 lb. 2 oz.) Tomato juice (2-1/4 cups)
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/3 cup milk
    1 cup BLM

    Recipe



    Shape pork sausage into small patties. Brown on both sides
    in a deep saucepan. Drain off excess fat. Add tomato juice
    and salt. Heat to boiling. Mix milk and BLM thoroughly with
    a fork. Drop by
    spoonfuls into boiling juice. Cook over low heat for 10
    minutes
    uncovered and 10 minutes covered. Liquid should just bubble
    gently. Remove dumplings; serve with sauce and sausage. 3
    to 4 servings.
