List of Ingredients
I
used english muffins that found at the bread outlet for 79cents. I
toasted them in the toaster and lightly buttered them. I fried eggs to
almost done and halfway through cooking I poked a hole in the yoke so it
spread over the whole egg. I used bulk sausage and made my own patties
and fried them. I then made an assembly line with my 9 & 11 year old and
assembled them Muffin, sausage, egg and american cheese. I then put
them on baking trays in the freezer to flash freeze them., wrapped them in
foil and then put them in large zip lock baggies and back in the
freezer. The sandwiches with cheese turned out better than the ones without
(personally I can't stand american cheese, but the kids like it) The
butter on the muffin and the grease leftover on the sausage help them to
be a little bit less dry. We microwaved them for about 1 minute or 2
depending on how steaming hot the person likes there food.
