List of Ingredients
I do what is called small session cooking I cook according to
protein, like one day I spend about an hour, I try to limit sessions
to an hour each that includes chopping, cooking, assembling, and
cleaning up. Or else I will get burnt out. I do Chicken on day, beef
one day, side dishes one day, lunch one day, and breakfast the last
day. Sometimes I even make a day for snacks.
Now for my Salisbury steaks I make them, but I flash freeze b4 I cook
them. Crockpot method: This is my short cut. I put the thawed patties
into my crockpot and pour in the gravy. Cook on medium about 6 hours,
can go longer. Last 20 Minutes Corn starch slurry.
Most items that call for baking after assembly I opt to freeze at
that point and upon thawing will resume with the recipe. The only
recipes that I find aren't that great frozen are ones with sour cream
(Like Beef Stroganoff, if I make these I will not use sour cream
until I have thawed and and am ready for making if for my family's
dinner.
