1 1/4 pounds fresh carrots
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brandy, or pineapple juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Scrape carrots; remove ends. Cut
carrots into strips, 2 1/2 x 1/4-inch. Place in ungreased baking dish,
8 x 8-inches.
Stir together butter, brandy, sugar and salt. Pour over carrots.
Cover; bake 40 minutes or until carrots are tender. Serves 4.
