    4 MEDIUM POTATOES
    1 SWEET POTATO
    1 CARROT
    1 ZUCCHINI
    4 EGGS
    6 OZ GRATED CHEESE
    1/2 CUP MILK
    1 TEASPOON CRUSHED GARLIC

    Recipe



    Slice vegetables, combine eggs, milk, garlic and cheese.
    Place a layer of potato slices in the base of a casserole dish.
    Cover with egg mix. Place a layer of sweet potato, zucchini and carrot
    and cover with egg mix.
    Continue to layer ingredients until casserole dish is full.
    Sprinkle top layer with grated cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes in moderate oven.
