Ritzy Corn Casserole

4 T. flour
3 T. butter
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups corn, drained
1/2 t. salt
1 stick butter, melted
36 Ritz crackers, crushed
Recipe
Make white sauce using 3 T. butter, flour and milk. Add soup and corn.
Cook
until thickened. Pour into buttered casserole Mix remaining butter (1
stick,
melted) and Ritz crackers and spread on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
or until
brown and bubbling. Serves 6 to 8
