3 cups potatoes, sliced
2 cups carrots, sliced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
15 oz. can beef broth

In a 6 quart slow cooker, combine potatoes, carrots, and onion. Pour
broth
evenly over all. Cover and cook on high for 4 to 6 hours. Mix well
before
serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings
