List of Ingredients
2 med red potatoes boiled and cubed
2 lg onions, chopped
1 TB oil
1 10-oz pkg frozen green peas, thawed
2 lg tomatoes, cut up [or one 14-oz can stewed tomatoes]
1 lg green peppers, cubed
Spike [or salt and pepper to taste]
Recipe
In lg pan cook potatoes and onions in oil about 5 mins. Add everything
else
and cook about 5 mins more. Serves 4-6.
