    10# can tomato sauce
    italian seasoning
    dash of sugar
    splash of olive oil
    lots of garlic

    I mix all these together and simmer for a few hours. I am sorry but I
    do not measure. When I am stirring the sauce I do look to make sure I
    can see the seasonings in the sauce. You can add onions, peppers,meat or
    whatever to this sauce. It is a base that I add stuff to but good just
    like it is.
