    1 (17.5 oz.) can Pillsbury Grands Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls with icing

    1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tsp. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9 or 10 inch glass pie pan. Separate dough into 5 rolls. Unroll 1 roll, and re-roll very loosely leaving space between the rolls and place in center of pie pan. Unroll 2nd roll and loosely wrap around the first roll, cinnamon side in. Repeat with remaining rolls, coiling into a spiral shape.

    In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon this mixture into a gallon-size resealable food storage bag. Cut a tip of one corner. With tip of bag about halfway down into the rolls, pipe mixture between the strips starting at the center and working your way around, using all the mixture.

    Bake for 25-35 minutes.

    When they are done, remove the cover from the icing, and microwave for 10 seconds. Drizzle over warm rolls. Cut into wedges and serve as coffee cake.
