Recipe Introduction

A friend brought this to a holiday gathering, and it was DELICIOUS!!

List of Ingredients

2 sticks of butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 carton sour cream (1/2 pint)
2 cups sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking poweder


Recipe

Cream butter. Add other ingredients and mix as for a cake.

Filling:

1/2 cups chopped nuts (0ptional)
2 tblsp. cinnamon
5 tblsp. sugar

Mix together the filling ingredients.

In a greased bundt pan, pour 1/3 of cake mixture, then 1/2 of the filling, then 1/3 of the cake mixture, then rest of the filling, then last 1/3 of the cake mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
