    List of Ingredients




    1 stick butter
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    2/3 cups half-n-half
    2 Tblsp. corn syrup
    pinch of salt

    1 16-oz. box powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    In a large mixing bowl, sift 1 box powdered sugar and set aside.

    In a saucepan, melt butter. Add sugar and cocoa and blend until smooth. Add half-n-half, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over sifted powdered sugar and wisk until smooth.
