    Peanut Butter Sheet Cake

    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 cup sour cream
    2/3 cups creamy peanut butter
    1 cup butter
    1 cup water

    Icing:
    1/2 cup butter
    2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
    6 Tblsp. milk
    2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

    Combine sugar and flour. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, baking soda and sour cream. Set aside. In a small saucepan, combine peanut butter, butter and water. Bring to a boil. Stir this into the flour/sugar mixture. Then add the sour cream mixture. Pour into an ungreased jelly roll pan (15 x 10). Bake 20 minutes.

    Icing:

    Combine butter, peanut butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Let frosting cool slightly, then add vanilla. Pour over the cake while both are still warm.
