    List of Ingredients




    2 cups cinnamon graham cracker crumbs (about 1-1/2 sleeves)
    1/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter, melted

    Filling:
    1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
    1 24-oz. bag frozen cubed sweet potatoes (Ore-Ida)**
    1/4 cup apple butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup light brown sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cup half-n-half

    ** I used 2 large sweet potatoes. Cooked, peeled & mashed.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a 9 inch pie pan (bottom and up the sides). Bake for 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside. Reduce oven temp. to 325 degrees.

    In a large bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Add sweet potatoes and apple butter. Beat until well combined. Add sugars and eggs beating until smooth. Add vanilla and half-n-half. Mix until well combined. Pour into pie crust and bake for 45-50 minutes. Chill and serve. (Can substitute 1 can of pumpkin instead of sweet potatoes, and substitute cinnamon with pumpkin pie spice)
