    We make this candy at our house every Christmas. One of my kids' favorites!

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups creamy peanut butter
    2 sticks softened butter (not melted)
    1-1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla

    almond bark (chocolate)

    Recipe



    Combine peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla. Roll into small balls and chill.

    Melt almond bark in a double boiler on low heat. Drop one ball at a time and coat with chocolate. Drop on waxed paper.

    I use two spoons and after I drop the ball into the chocolate, I pick it up with one spoon and transfer back and forth until all the excess chocolate has dripped off.
