1 lb. ground beef
1 16 oz. can refried beans
1 packet of taco seasoning
12 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 cups water
2 cups picante sauce (or your favorite salsa)
2 cups sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar
Recipe
Cook hamb meat and drain; then add beans, and taco seasoning. Place a layer of uncooked noodles in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Spread half of the meat mixture over the noodles. Top with another layer of uncooked noodles, then the remaining half of the meat mixture. Top with another layer of uncooked noodles.
In a bowl, mix together water and picante. Pour evenly over layers. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1-1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
Remove from oven, spoon sour cream over top and top with shredded cheese. Bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.
