    Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 cups flour
    1 cup oats
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup softened butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup toffee bits

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet.

    Mix all ingredients until well blended. With small cookie scoop, place 1" balls of dough on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
