    Peanut Butter Brownie Cookies

    1 brownie mix
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    4 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
    1 egg

    Filling:
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup creaming peanut butter

    Optional:

    Chocolate icing

    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix brownie mix, butter, cream cheese and egg with a spoon (50 strokes).

    Onto ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded spoonfuls, shaping to make edges smooth.

    In a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and peanut butter. Role into small found balls, and insert one into the middle of each cookie.

    Bake 10-14 minutes. Cool on a cookie sheet at least 30 minutes.

    Optional: Drizzle chocolate icing over top.
